New Series on Netflix September 2023

September is a full month full of top titles for Netflix. Think of new seasons of Virgin River, Sex Education and Top Boy, but also international miniseries such as the German Liebes Kind and the Spanish El cuerpo en llamas.

Below you can see the full list of everything new on Netflix this month and a couple highlights to check out.

Virgin River – Season 5

Mel (Alexandra Breckenridge) is pregnant and doesn’t want to take any risks, so she has to make a choice between her family or her job. The question is whether she still has a future in Virgin River, because the idyllic village is hit by a large forest fire, which is getting closer. This fifth season will conclude in November with a second part.

Virgin River season 5 will be available on Netflix from September 7.

Top Boy – Season 3

In the third and final season of the crime series, the question is whether Sully (Kano) and Dushane (Ashley Walters) can work together or will they compete against each other. The rules have changed after Sully’s actions, but the men also face a new threat and could lose everything they’ve built.

Top Boy season 3 will be available on Netflix from September 7.

Sex Education – Season 4

A lot has changed in the fourth and final season of Sex Education. Moordale has closed and the students are now going to Cavendish, where Otis (Asa Butterfield) wants to resume his work as an amateur sex therapist, but this school already has a sexpert. Meanwhile, Maeve (Emma Mackey) has left for America to study.

Sex Education season 4 will be available on Netflix from September 21.
